The CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends that certain adults receive the following vaccines.

Vaccines for adults (age 18 and above):

• Hepatitis B vaccine (for adults at risk)
• Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine (for susceptible adults)
• Tetanus-Diphtheria vaccine (for all adults, every 10 years)
• Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine (for susceptible adults)

Vaccines for adult travelers:

• Specific vaccines for travelers

Vaccines for adults age 50 and older:

• Influenza vaccine

Vaccines for adults age 65 and older:

• Pneumococcal vaccine

Vaccines for healthcare workers:

• Hepatitis B vaccine
• Influenza vaccine (annually)
• Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine
• Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine
